La Rose Noire Beginnings

Started in Hongkong, Gérard Dubois opened his first La Rose Noire Pâtisserie in 1991. His humble cakeshop became a reputable enterprise that even reached the Philippines. The company branched out its distributors in Cebu, Davao, Manila, Central Luzon and now in Baguio City!

La Rose Noire exclusively supplies their first-ever and most sought after product, Tarte shells to all Disneyland franchise across the world! Most importantly, all products are HALAL-approved!

  1. Dry lines (Tarte shells and cones) -bases for desserts!
  2. Breads-all fully baked artisan bread. They are frozen roughs which you just need to thaw and heat it!
  3. Frozen Desserts- this includes the delicious French Macarons (made with real almond flour!), Cheesecakes, Choux Pastries, Eclaron, brownies and more!

La Rose Noire doesn’t only produce quality, but also produces world-class trainees that can conquer the hotel and restaurant industry! They are accepting ages 18-25 for a full scholarship 6-month course. They’ve been doing this for 3 years now and they are now in the 7th batch.
