I’m feeling under the weather but I’m glad that I still celebrated my birthday at a cozy Japanese restaurant in Baguio City. It’s the second time that I dined at Yasuragi Japanese Cuisine. It’s truly sweeter the second time around because, one, it was my birthday dinner. Two, the food that I ordered is way better than what I ordered the last time, and three, the customer service was excellent!
Yasuragi Japanese Cuisine is located at 241 Upper Bonifacio Street, Cor. Laurel Street, Baguio City. If you’re coming from Rex Hall, it’s a few minutes walk going down. If you’re coming from lower Bonifacio Street, it’s a few minutes walk from Data Center Colleges. It’s so easy to find, it’s along the road! Specifically, it was I think, a private residence owned by a Baguio locale years before which was turned into a commercial place. Within the building, there is also Romanelle Spa, cozy right? What I love about the place is that, even when it’s along the road, the restaurant keeps its serene ambiance. I don’t like noisy places especially when I need to relax and when I’m sick!
So, without further ado, let me bring you to Yasuragi with these few pictures I captured during our short stay.
I love this place, even the background music is Japanese! Maybe if they add an incense, better! But maybe they didn’t put that because of the mixed smell of food? Anyways, here are more photos.
Aside from what’s posted, we also ordered also Futo Maki, Ebi Tempura, and Beef Gyoza. I like steamed Gyoza than the fried one.
Yasuragi Cuisine is very responsive. I sent them a private message on Facebook to reserve a table. They immediately replied. You may call them here as well: 0949 302 3161. You may order ahead of time also. Tell you what? The prices are reasonable and cheaper than some other Japanese Cuisines in Baguio City! Here’s the menu:
I hope I was able to help you out! This should be one of the places you should dine when in Baguio City!
