The month of April for me was such rollercoaster of emotions because, during the past month, I have been re-evaluating myself over and over. I’ve been crazy frustrated with the elements around me that has become my stressors but I am currently doing some do-overs to make myself feel better. Anyways, enough with that short sentiments, I’m now sharing with you my April favorites in which you might also be interested in!
Movie Favorite: Avengers: Endgame
Everybody’s raving about this the past few weeks and it has been the talk of the (geek/nerd/fan) town for the past decade, indeed, my first favorite is the newest release of Marvel Cinematic Universe, Avengers: Endgame! Hands down on this film because this pretty much wrapped up everything that we watched from the 21 Marvel movies! This movie made me cry because of overjoying and sorrow but I am not complaining and I cannot wait for more Marvel movies!
By the way, I made a fun vlog without any spoilers here:

Favorite TV Show: The Punisher Season 2
After Netflix’ cancellation of this TV Series along with my favorites, Jessica Jones, Daredevil, Iron Fist and Luke Cage, I almost didn’t finish The Punisher (Frank Castle) because I was damn disappointed with the cancellation of many good shows! Anyways, I couldn’t think of any fitting actor as the Punisher but no other than Jonny Bernthal and I also love how this show kept Ambrose Revah playing Dinah Mahdani showing how vulnerable but stronger she became after Billy Russo’s betrayal. That’s just one of many but all in all, I like how the show had turned out, I just wish that the doctor died and that Punisher should’ve joined Dina in CIA but then again, he is not called “The Punisher” for that, right?
Favorite TV Show: Shadowhunters
Freeform had canceled Shadowhunters too and now, the storyline was compressed, probably too compressed but I think they are still doing a great job with it. I wouldn’t say that this is better than Cassandra Clare’s book or vice versa but I like to appreciate each art separately. This series is now at Season 3B and there are two more episodes that are coming up as of this writing and I am really excited how they are going to end this!
Favorite Book: The Infernal Devices: Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare
I may be too late on reading the Infernal Devices, but it’s what I have been reading the past month and I am now on the second book, trust me, it’s really that good. I do think that she is really “The new queen of fantasy”, as testified by The Wall Street Journal. The stories in this series are about the ancestors of the Shadowhunters in The Mortal Instruments and I am truly fascinated by the time setting and the location of the story which is in London!
Favorite Skincare: Prreti’s Honey & Berry Lip Sleeping Mask with Acacia Honey & Berry Mix (15g)
If you know me and you have been following me on my blogs, I love skincare and that is something very dear to me on self-care. It may sound vain but that’s who I am, I invest in myself and we need some pampering sometimes! This lip sleeping mask is like eating honey while sleeping and waking up with very supple and soft lips!
Favorite Makeup: Banila Co CC cream and Primer Foundation
Thank you, Korea for sample sizes! I might be choosing this CC cream over the Face Blur of Etude House because this one is lighter and it isn’t sticky. The Primer Foundation, on the other hand, is a light to medium coverage and it is buildable as well. These two Banila Co products work well together on my skin!
